The biscuit we ordered was cold and hard. We had customized 2 egg McMuffins to remove the Canadian bacon and add extra cheese (which we paid extra for). The egg McMuffins instead had extra Canadian bacon and no cheese.

They are not 24 hours even thou it says they are. I've been there on two different occasions and couldn't get what I ordered. The first time was about 12:30 am was told they don't make double quarter pounders that late and the second time was told I couldn't get anything unless it was delivery. If they only operate certain hours with certain things it should be on their website because I drove to the catoosa one and was able to get anything I wanted. Will definitely not try here again no matter what time of day it is.

Being from the area, I know this place gets busy. I get that. However, I ordered on the mobile app. Parked curbside, and followed the directions on the screen. Received a notification at 10:03 basically saying thank you for ordering. Sweet, almost time. 10:17 rolls around, my kid in the back seat is angry. I'm now a little irritated, so I call the store. The lady that answered was super short, I tried to explain that I ordered through the app and she cuts me off to tell me to get in line. Cool. I get in line. When it's finally my turn to talk to the screen, I sit and wait for atleast 5 minutes before someone even says hello. I tell him my story and he tells me to just pull forward. I get to the last window, and show my receipt from my phone and she says "oh yeah thank you for calling, we're not allowed to go outside after a certain time." I get it, it's admiral. But we could put that on the app, like sonic does? Anyway. It's 10:36, I'm pulling out of McDonald's. My burger is cold, my frappe is melted, and my kid won't even touch his fries. He loves fries.

OMGOSH!! Where do I begin. I will not Ever even look in the direction of this place! I have worked for 40 years in the 'Food Services'. I know how an establishment should be running. I have avoided the Drive-Thru @ All places. I like to see my food prepared, as much as possible. Once, there was a sister that had fake hair that was all braided up. I thought that was great. Let's face it, there's nothing worse than hair pulling out of your mouth. But, she was @ the 🍟. Turns around & her braids were in the oil. I left! Won't be back! Thanx. 🤗
