when traveling, all you want from your car rental company is quick, efficient and pleasant service. And a clean vehicle. My corp people have set up Enterprise as our go to car rental company. My last experience in Pittsburg was great. Very quick, clean car and all people were pleasant and helpful. That's all you ask for.

You will see the rental car return signs upon arriving at the airport
Yes the pittsburgh international airport has late options. However if you want to save yourself an expensive uber ride get there by 9:45P.M because the 28 X port authority stops running at 11:00 pm
You have to pay parking fees.
sometimes they'll come pick you up with a new car (I work at enterprise)
You can always rent one way. It will cost more than normal.
