Do not go here! My husband went in for his reservations and then texted me 10 minutes later saying "they are so unorganized here". I went in to find out what was up and there was no one at the counter. He explained that he called several times in the morning to the attendant and he said "we dont really answer the phones, that's what happens when only 3 people work here." HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! After many times of saying their system wasn't working, another guy comes over and says "this usually does the trick(WHILE KICKING THE MACHINE OVER & OVER). I told him we are cancelling the reservation and walked out. He followed us and said "we have a car if you still need it." I replied "no thank you, we will head over to enterprise." Terrible customer service skills, pathetic establishment, lowest of all professionalism.

Very unprofessional and ignorant staff. I turned in my car 2 weeks ago. After I did I got a call where one lady asked me questions then the second asked the same exact questions like do I still have the car and did I rue it in. Asked me questions about my drivers license and did I fill the tank up. Very unhappy
