Beyond thrilled with the professionalism. I got sick of losing my power all the time because of storms. Within 2 weeks of my initial inquiry with them, I had a fully operational stand by generator at my house ready to go Incase we lost power again. The sales rep they sent was extremely knowledgeable about the generators and all the other equipment that was needed for the set up, and was more then willing to work with me to find a set up that would work for my house and my budget. At no point did he try to up sell me to something that I didn't need. The installation crew was very fast and professional. They showed up right on time and worked quickly. When they say a one day install they mean it. From the time the arrived to when they left, it was 5 hours! And before they did anything, they always checked with me before they did it. Placement of the generator, placement of the transfer switch. Everything is neat and clean, any mess they made is cleaned better then when they arrived. I'm very happy with everything, and I will 100% use them again for any electrical issue I have, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

Team #3 did an AMAZING job installing my heat pump/mini splits. From start to finish the process was great - Annalise was super informative and fabulous. LaPlante Electric did a full house install of heat pumps. They showed up on-time, in fact they were a little early which we appreciated, and they worked together as a team to get the job done with quality.
