First time shopping and never returning. I approached a group of store workers whom were gossiping about fellow coworkers, once finally someone approached me she was only fixed on selling me a Chanel foundation. I told her a $60 foundation didn’t sound right as I am just starting to learn makeup. I told her I didn’t want this and she told me to get a Maybelline foundation but that I would be unable to test the product because they didn’t provide testers. My purpose was to get color matched. I exampled to her I didn’t know my color and would be unable to choose a foundation and she just walked away. Embarrassing it’s either you spend 60 or you get no help.

All I can say is I’m not shopping there again. Poor customer service. PM Manager would be better off working at a drive through, no tact, no logic. I hate it when sales people treat customers like idiots, especially the handicapped. In the competitive cosmetic industry, especially in this economy, good customer service is key.
