Martha is the worst manager!!! Worst customer service ever…if I could I will give it -10 stars…I found an item in the clearance section but when I went to pay for it even though it rang up the clearance price, the store manager (Martha) refused to honor that price because she said it was mismarked… i told her it’s not my fault you guys marked the wrong price and should still be able to honor it for me but she said NO…for a big company like this and can’t afford to admit their fault and honor the price, I will definitely not go back to this location…that’s not good customer service…

Our favorite store in Edgewater. Lately we are experiencing very long lines to pay . There is no express line(s ) I had to help an elderly for her shopping at tjx , she bought 1 item , I made her sit by the window side and waited around 20-25 minutes to pay for 1 item . They need to hire more people, it is not even Christmas yet !
