if i could rate it 0 stars i would!! the driver for 2503 was extremely impolite and he arrived 25 minutes late!! do not recommend!

Arriving grehound to this station are often late and/delayed by several minutes and at times over an hour. Many complaints about customer missing a conecting route and being denied a refund. The other bus liners at this facility offer more consistent schedules and service, use them instead.

For cars and cabs? Yes, there are places outside of the station where you can be picked up. The actual buses pickup and drop you off within the station itself.
Technically no you cannot for safety reasons, I think they aren't too strict about it but I wouldn't guarantee it
