This hotel is by far the worst place I have stayed in my 15 + years as a business traveler. I will start the review with a positive note, the young lady who checked me in was attentive and genuinely happy to have me as a guest. This is where the positive experience ends! This is the type of hotel where there are no facial tissues in the room and you have to walk down to the lobby to request soap. I hope you are getting the picture, it seems to be a by the week pay or a halfway house neither of which you want to stay at. As bad as it was during the day once darkness settled in it was worse. People up and down the stairs constantly people immediately outside my door smoking weed and talking and laughing and non-stop noise. A call to the front desk was unanswered so I politely asked the offending people to move and was responded to with a bunch of swearing. At this point I had enough and made another reservation at the Hampton Inn 5 miles away. At checkout I explained to the night desk clerk why I was leaving early… she didn’t ask by the way why or if my stay was good. I was told “you should have called the front desk and I would have told them to be quiet” Do yourself a favor and never stay here.

The receptionist was horrible. She was rude and spoke to me a paying customer like I had done something wrong being from Virginia. Yes COVID19 is still around and one is 100% safe anywhere but home. Fear makes one scared but when you are in the hospitality industry you need to conduct yourself with professionalism and calmness or you loose customers which include their money. Yes I got refunded and with to another hotel for better service. Not everyone has COVID19 and want it. Keep your fears to yourself and do your job.
