It's clean they help me when I need it. And I think it's awesome the give you a ride home and pick you up. A great community laundromat for the people. They even have a drop box for the homeless for free clothes, very caring people.

I brought my husband’s jacket to get fixed. They told me they would have it ready in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks they didn’t even bother to call us, we just came in to see if it was ready. The Jacket wasn’t even fixed, yet they still made me pay! Ridiculous & irresponsible

I have been going to this laundromat for years. Today I called for 2 hours straight with no answer. Finally I called from a different number and was told that the owner told them not to answer the phone when I call because I only wash one bag of clothes. That's fine I'll take my one bag of clothing business elsewhere!

I love it. I've been going there for three years now and used to go to the original facility on Lombard. Great service for a coin op. Great things to keep the kiddies occupied also
