Ive been here since 2017, had the pleasure of living in 3 different units. Not one unit is like the other. Maintenance is quick to respond, Allison (property manager ) is always available and responds quickly with any issues or concerns. I absolutely love this place!!! Its quiet, everyone says hello, I cant say enough about this building.

I lived here from 2010-2016 and the ONLY reason I left was because I outgrew the place and needed more space💔💔 I miss living here. So many people complained about Allison but I NEVER had a problem with her because I kept our relationship professional... tenant/property manager and I minded my business so my time there was pleasant. Allison I miss you!!! And Ms. Flo!!

Unless something has changed, I don't think so.
It pretty much varies, depending on the square footage and layout, figure from 1250-1425.
No. Typically there's an income floor [a minimum amount of money you need to make] in order to rent here. Its something around 1.5x the rent for 1 person or 2x the rent for 2+
Between 1280 and 1550 depending on sqft. and whether its a flat or a duplex
