The sail with Jack and first mate Keenan was fantastic! Had a great time listening to and telling stories of life, travels and boats. The Hinckley sloop boat is an absolute treasure and if you are in town and looking for a wonderful sailing experience, this is the only way to go.

My wife and I booked the sailing cruise with Jack during our honeymoon trip to Ogunquit and are so glad we got to do it. The experience with Jack and his first mate was just wonderful. They were very kind and professional in every way. Due to low tides our trip did not start at the scheduled time, but jack was so apologetic even though this was not something he could've avoided. Those are the occurrences when doing business with mother nature. The cruise was so enjoyable with my wife. Jack and Chase engaged with us, a total of 6 people on board, but at the same time gave us our privacy to enjoy each other's company and savor the moment on the sea. The day was beautiful for a cruise and even though we were told to bring a light jacket, we did not need one. It was sunny and pleasant with a soothing presence on board. Jack tried to make up for most of the time lost due to the delayed start and also offered a refund without anyone ever mentioning about a refund. He did not have to do that but he did. If we decide to visit Ogunquit again, I'd highly recommend Silver lining Sailing Cruises to any couple look.g for an enjoyable experience.

Captain Jack and the Silverlining was a wonderful family experience. The beautifully restored and cared for 1939 Hinckley sloop is a real pleasure to sail on and experience the wonders of the southern Maine coast. The trips are limited to six guests and this makes it pleasurable and enjoyable. Captain Jack and first mate keep the conversation going and add to the already wonderful experience. I can not recommend it enough.
