I was worried about parking since I haven't been here in years. My son and I came up on a Tuesday morning, arriving at 0800, parked, paid at the kiosk, and spent a gorgeous day on the beach. While I can't speak for weekdays or the high points of summer, not needing a reservation and simply beginning our day early was worth it. We'll be back!

Pay and display parking lot. You can pay at the machine or via app. An attendant (friendly and helpful) at the gate. We came Friday early afternoon in June and the parking lot was pretty empty. The price was $6 per hour.

Being racially profiled for being brown at this parking lot because they wouldn’t allow me to get in since it’s full but they’re bunch of people coming out of … she wasn’t the most professional and very rude. Don’t trust her and this beach is too packed at 9-10am! Go early when you can
