Near to everything, lots of spots, pay and display. All day or hourly rates are very reasonable and somehow even on the busiest days I can always find a spot here - lots of turnover, someone is always leaving.

Buses aren't allowed in Obed's parking lot. There's a parking lot down the way, towards the cove, is around $35
It was $4 per hour when I parked there last week. No option for partial hours though.
