The bread and service was excellent. Got the Maine seafood pasta. This was tasty but the lobster tail was like eating two pieces of rubber. For $49 this is unacceptable. My wife had the baked scallops which was cooked perfectly but had very little flavor. The crumbs on top didn't help the dish at all. For $35 we expected better. I would suggest having the owner visit Scales in Portland to see what quality is supposed to be at that price point. We will not be returning.

I was a bit nervous about making dinner reservations prior to our Mystic Piazza show at the Ogunquit playhouse due to seeing all the mixed reviews. I was very impressed and happy we went. The food was AMAZING as well as the service. I would highly recommend.

The food was delicious and fresh from appetizers to desserts! Service was exceptional too! I enjoyed celebrating my 16 year anniversary at Jonathan's! My only complaint/comment would be how surprised I was to see the shrimp cocktail in such a huge "martini type glass cup" with sooo much ice, and only 4 shrimp! Not a deal breaker, will be back!!

It was nice, but their drinks are over priced, the food is over priced. their seafood chowder was delish, their chicken picatta was alright, the picatta usually isn't breaded, but I'll state that their oysters were great. Oh and Jen the bartender knows how to make a dirty martini
