It's Taco Bell. 🌮 MY wife, my kids and myself really love taco bell. However, IF...and only IF you are prepared to gamble with the fact you may be in like for 4 hours (exaggeration) BUT WHEN YOU CANNOT EXIT THE LINE and have two screaming kids in the car, baby shark has played 2700 times and your daughter keeps asking why they are holding her cheese roll ups of goodness hostage and you forgot the taco bell line snack....it seems like that long. But it CAN take an EXTREMELY long time with no way to exit said line. Generally the people are really nice. A lot of times they are excellent and forgetting items and if you forget to check the bag before driving off and the dining room is closed..drive through again or so sad you loose?!

I have never had a terrible experience with this Taco Bell, if they forgot something or messed up an order they have always replaced it next day or same day whenever I got to it. My experience tonight was long as they were clearly short staffed but when I finally got my food the guy at the drive through ( wanya) was very polite and fast with getting my order and it was accurate! The manager on duty (Lynn) was also very polite and while it’s clear she’s running a tight shift due to low staff, she’s doing an exceptional job.

Clean. Friendly staff. I ordered cinnamon twists with my meal and they were still fresh the next day! My husband and I were very impressed! Coming from the Detroit area, we are used to fully stale cinnamon twists if we save them the next day. Awesome Taco Bell in this area on the east coast. Thank you! 👍

We ordered two separate orders with the app. It was the bogo buy 1 cheddar chalupa and you received the Supreme one for FREE. Never gave me a cup for my drink, no sauce in bag. Upon questioning why? We didn't receive the deal, we were told the deal ended at 5pm and the time of order was around 5:15pm. There was no place on the app that had a time frame only an end date which was the last date. Another time last week my husband order the taco (Supreme 🌮) crunchy and they made them soft. Not only once but 3X !! and the kid at the counter laughed about screwing up his order. We wanted our money back and they told us to contact corporate. Very poor customer service at the Groton Connecticut location.
