We arrived with 15 people for my mom's birthday celebration. We called them ahead of time to give them heads up but they don't take reservations nor do they pass on the information to the shift. We waited but they quickly set up a table. Sat and had one waitress who was on her game. Only one mistake a wrong meal but I call that a good evening with all these people. She filled up drinks n dips when we needed it. No complaints on the food. Other than getting wrong meal. They brought out dessert for my mom n we Sang to her. The smiles priceless. Great time. Came in for dinner with my daughter and boyfriend. Had great service and meals were great. Waitress was very accommodating and pleasant. Overall again great time. Lost a star because today I got a salad and somehow a pepper which was small got into my salad and im allergic. I broke out in hives and still had to pay full price. 🙃

To start, we walked in and stood with a huge crowd of people who were already waiting to just be greeted. I asked the other people there if they are still waiting to be greeted, and some said they were there for 30 minutes waiting. Many started walking out and saying good luck to us. A few trips to the bathroom and more waiting, we were finally seated. The waitress that finally came to help us seemed to be under the influence of something. We put our orders in and while waiting, we noticed the sign that says your drink is free if the staff didn't mention the 3 drinks they were trying to advertise and sell. We mentioned that to our waitress she she came back to our table and rudely cut us off and snapped at us, that she mentioned the lemonade to us and only had to mention one drink to us. She most definitely didn't mention any of the drinks especially not the lemonade one to us. She was so abrupt it instantly put a bad taste in our mouths. This place sadly has gone down. I understand the short staffed. But at least greet us and say we will be right with you. Also the rudeness or waitress we could do without. Money these days are tight for everyone, I'd rather spend my money where it's appreciated.
