Had a membership here years ago when I worked relatively close to here and the amenities and group classes were good. I've had gone to the one near H mart the most and only been to the other location a few times but I recalled they had a sauna and steamer.

Just had my first workout here - I am hooked! The instructors/coaches are very friendly and professional. Everything is very clean and state of the art. You also can’t beat the prices and the adrenaline rush after a class. Highly recommend!

Orange theory has a very bad customer service and I had a very bad experience. I joined orange theory and I was very happy with the classes. Few months after I was pregnant so I could not work out. When I asked them to cancel my membership, they denied saying I have to serve another month notice, even if I did not work out. I contacted their manager and with lot of back and forth they finally put my membership on freeze. I had to get a note from my doctor as well. With pandemic and moving to suburbs I no longer needed them and asked to cancel my membership and they charged me for another month. Orange theory advertises as a no commitment gym but they have 30 days notice which is like a rabbit hole and not flexible. I do not recommend this gym to any one. Even though the classes and trainers are good, their policies are not customer friendly.

I'm addicted to working out at Orangetheory Fitness in Kendall Square. I've seen amazing results since I joined in January. The coaches and staff are super encouraging and friendly, and have made me feel like part of the family since Day 1. If you're competitive with yourself and/or others, this is a great workout for you. Every class is different and challenging for all workout levels. You really get what you put into it.
