I am in awe. Never regreting it. The collections are quite impressive, which was kinda unexpected as I wasn't expecting a standard to be as good as other famous museums globally. Grateful to have had this opportunity to visit 🙏🏼 A must-go if you ever go to Cambridge!

Excellent medium-size collection covering a lot of ground in a funny haphazard way. You can find threads that bring together the different parts of the museum, and still enjoy the jumps in styles and epochs, geographies, cultures, and media. Highly recommended the museum nights on the last Thursday of the month (free entry, beer and food in the main court--not free but at fair prices--and music). It gets busy, though!

Had a great time indulging myself in various types of art. Spent about 2 hours looking around. There are 4 floors, lifts available, but you may go around using the stairs. Different themes every floor.

Smaller than expected, and expensive at full price, but plenty of opportunities to save (Cambridge resident, free admission on Sundays, student discounts, etc.). Matisse, Picasso, Van Gogh, O'Keeffe, and other major artists have work here. Definitely reserve your slot in advance.

I'm sorry, but people here are selling it short. I see lots of people eating there. https://www.harvardartmuseums.org/article/an-artful-bite
+1 lockers. Also, the admittance staff might be able to help when you pay your entry fee.
