This is the most unorganized facility that I've had the misfortune to have visited. It's very understaffed with rude nurses and techs. Few of them wore masks and when they did their noses were not covered. The facility is filthy and uncomfortable. It's very cold and there is no comfortable furniture to sit nor sleep on. There is also a lack of blankets. Someone there stole my clothing (JCrew jeans and a black Talbot shirt) that I arrived in so I had to go home in a hospital gown since they had no scrubs. They don't understand how inventory works. The reason I gave one star is because the doctors practice good medicine. They are the only positives in this mess. The CEO should be ashamed of himself.

I'm thankful my son is getting the help he desperately needs when other hospitals turned him away or refused to help or did nothing but on the other hand I'm beyond angry and upset I'm 50% of this child's biological and legal parent with 100% legal rights to this child same as the mother by state and federal law and by the courts and my own authority And I'm the one that called you guys 1st of all and my son's mother then called you then brought him in Since I was not able to And when I call into check on my child and see about call time and what's going on and to give more back ground i was met with attitude and disrespect And argument and told I have no authority or rights or say once so every because I'm not mom even tho I was on his medical history and emergency contact info and was on his insurance and was addressed as his father All you guys would tell me was that I wasn't his mom and mom had to give me and you guys consent to do anything which is complete b.s. according to the Circuit and appellate And supreme courts of Illinois and state and federal law and according to my state representative and attorney so You are clearly setting yourself up for a lawsuit because your policy's or personal beliefs don't Trump my rights or authority or laws when it comes to my child period. I'm my single father of 3 I'm well aware of my rights And I don't need yours or my children's mother's consent for anything , 1 of my children's mothers cant even be found or contacted and the other lost all legal rights and authority your lucky you was dealing with my youngest child who mother still has 50% of everything because if it would have been my other 2 kids I would own you right now ..... you really need to reconsider your policies and views and how you handle these situations
