please don’t go here to save yourself a head ache, the phone number doesn’t work, the website doesn’t let you make an appointment, but none of that compares to how rude, disgusting, and unprofessional the workers are. this entire post office needs to be abolished.

I recently sent a courier to this service point, but it has not been delivered after a week. I want to go to the service point to check the situation. The attitude of the lady at the front desk was extremely bad. I just wanted to explain the situation. She told me not to speak, and told me to shut up. She could only speak. I will never go to this point to send courier again.

Depends on where the package is coming from. Usually when a first class and/or priority package lands in our office, we generally get it out the next day. After that, it depends on the mail carriers. If the package is traveling foreign and/or standard, then delivery may differ.
On Sundays there is limited truck service. That delivers from main post office in Champaign to the outlying post offices.
CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT PACKAGES SENT TOO OTHER CPUNTRIES
They will put it in the larger box and put a key to it in your pobox.
Not sure about forms. I print mine from online with all my postal informatiom is on it. If you called before 9 you would not get anyone. Bulk mail opens at 9 and is available after that.
I would say go to the lobby and ask to speak to the supervisor. They should be able to come speak with u

Same day is possible but a few is more likely. In Champaign larger parcels are only processed at night so expect at least 2 days unless it's express or registered mail.
You need to fill out paperwork, get a photo taken, and mail your old passport to the State Department. All the post office can do is give you the form to fill out. (And of course handle the mailing.) The form and instructions are also available online.
Best to check with post office.
