So why is it that the busses can run for school but your sorting place can't do it's job and move the mail this last Sunday out to other post offices

On Sundays there is limited truck service. That delivers from main post office in Champaign to the outlying post offices.

Yes I know but mail still moves from one post office trucks to other post offices why is there a delay today most of the time when there is a package from. There to Arthur its here the next day.
