1 star When did it become policy to deny servic to past employees.? Matt is rude and entitled and smug. Other servers/bartenders are absolutely wonderful and the food is probably alright, didnt get served per Matt's orders even after being put on a wait list for a table

I though the food was alright. We were sitting by the bar where the kitchen and we could see that non of the cooks were wearing gloves. The bartender was cutting lemons without the cloves and pouring into the drinks.

I want to start off by saying I NEVER complain, but I need to share my experience. The general manager had a TERRIBLE attitude when I told him that I didn't care for my drink/asked for a refund. He proceeded to ask me what he did wrong, & when I tried to explain what was wrong with my drink he told me that he did everything exactly right & gave me a really hard time for asking for a refund. I understand that he's "not a barista", but I've worked in the service industry for 10 years & he did not handle the situation properly whatsoever. I go to Aroma about 3-4 times a week, & I order the same drink every time. I wouldn't have asked for a refund if it didn't taste the way it always does. My advice to the general manager: if a customer returns a product in full due to dislike, especially a LOYAL customer, don't give them a hard time just because they don't want to waste their money on something they're not going to consume.

First, you are greeted by a pleasant man in a cowboy hat, who explains the drink specials and menu options. Then escorted to your table with a front row seat of the sunset. Then, the server graciously takes your order and delivers the best queso ever prepared. Top it off with margaritas of the tangiest tequila. Cowboy Monkey is a 10/10 experience.
