Nick in parts was so helpful over the phone and convinced me just by his helpfulness to schedule an appointment for my Audi. I was going to get the parts and have it done elsewhere but just his demeanor and helpfulness never being pressured and feeling like he actually cared convinced me that this is a very good and well managed dealership where are the people actually care. I was in the car business for 15 years and I have to say I have seen a lot of what the public would say shady used car salesman ship but this one employee and even the girl who answered the phone that I didn’t catch her name was so helpful. I need to give a shout out to this gentleman who helped me out. I felt obligated and compelled to give this dealership a good review because of the service I got over the phone. I will be scheduling my Audi for you sometime next week and I’m looking forward to the experience.

This was my first time going to Audi if Nashua for service on my new S4 I schedule an appointment online which was nice and easy. They have a ton of service options to pick from with great descriptions so you know that you’re clicking on the right service for you, along with a comment box to add additional information if needed. When I pulled up I was greeted before I got out of my car. When I walked into the service department I was greeted again. My service advisor Chris Decker was very friendly and knowledgeable. After going over what I had scheduled the appointment for he asked if there were any other concerns they can look into while me vehicle was there he got me into a loaner and on my way. Chris called me several times to keep me updated and informed on my vehicles status. Overall I am completely satisfied with the service I was given. I will definitely recommend Audi of Nashua and will not service my S4 anywhere else.

My Audi had some serious issues, called Audi, got it in for repairs. Mike in Service was AWESOME! He kept me posted on the repairs that were needed. Shout out to the Mechanic as well! They did a great job. Even stayed a few minutes after closing so I can get my SUV back. My Audi runs better than it ever has. Thank you Mike and the Mechanic ( don’t know his name). And as usual, she was washed and vacuumed. I am so happy with the team at Audi of Nashua! Great job! Thank you so much!!!!!
