The nicest way to give a terrible review with the help of the 7th inning song... Take my cars to the tire shop, Take my wallet out at Firestone; Buy me some bad tires, scratched wheels and that's a fact I don’t care if I never get back. Let me root, root, root for a new team, If they don’t win it will be the same. For it’s one, two, three strikes, you’re out, At the old Firestone game... I had to give them 1 star because I was stupid enough to come back and get screwed 2 more times - no more!

I came in for 2 new front tires and an alignment check, they said it would be about 3 hours, I had my new tires and alignment done and paid for and out the door in about an hour and a half very nice staff , quickest I've ever seen 2 tires and alignment done, keep up the good work.

My college student son was overcharged by this location twice. The first time he requested an oil change and was charged $65. He drives a 2019 Chevy Trax that does not require synthetic oil. The second time he was getting 4 new tires and removing the fairly new tire and keeping it as his spare. This time I spoke with them on the phone and stressed that we just wanted 4 tires. The tires totaled just over $400.00 yet my account was being charged over $700.00 I repeatedly asked them to explain where the extra $300 was coming from. Some of it made sense for disposal fees. When he finally returned home and showed me the bill, he was charged for new valves for a 2019 car. They never mentioned valves when I was speaking with them. Do not use this Firestone. I have been an account holder for years, used Firestone in several states and have never had valves replaced even on my 18 year old car that has numerous sets of new tires. It’s awful to take advantage of college students and especially when these tires were needed for him to drive home safely.

Horrible experience. Guys are very rude to woman, as soon as I walked in a worker was giving attitude to the woman there asking him something . Went in to get my car fixed Friday then picked it up that day. Didn’t use it till Sunday, as soon as I turned it on my car was vibrating and was being loud. Went back and something was broken. I know it wasn’t broken before I went with them . Never going again. Don’t recommend!
