Over the course of the last 17 years, I have bought multiple Lexus vehicles from this dealership, and given all of my car service to them as well. This team is high class, responsive, supportive, and has never let me down! I appreciate the support of many - but particularly Mark Bell is Sales (whom has sold me many cars!), Russ Miller in Service who has been over the top in support, and Ian Clark, who has been so amazing for helping our service needs beyond routine service. THANKS TO AN AWESOME TEAM! This is why we continue to buy cars over and over from Flow Lexus! We just bought one this month!!!

This dealership is beyond excellent. Susie Todd is so professional and pleasant to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and up to date on all the details of each Lexus I have driven. She makes suggestions and keeps you up to date on service. I have to say, she is the best in the business and Lexus should be very proud to have her as an employee.

I have been going to Lexus since they were located in Kernersville and I have driven nothing but Lexus vehicles since 2002. I love all of the service and sales teams there. I feel like I’ve known them forever! They are always so friendly anytime I come in. Best customer service of any dealership I’ve ever been to.

This was my first experience at Flow Lexus, I came in for an oil change and tire rotation/balance. I also wanted to get my steering column looked at because it was whining and clicking. The whole process took 3 1/2 hours. Granted I didn't have an appointment, I called that morning and they said to come on down. However the time for me wasn't the issue. I was shown what the part and labor would cost me and it came out to $700 (460 for part, 240 for labor). I then contacted multiple Lexus/Toyota dealerships and could get the part OEM certified brand new from $150-250 dollars. I then contacted a mechanic who said he could do the labor for $100. So all in I'm now spending $270. However, they did not charge me the $160 to diagnose the issue which is why I'm giving them 2 stars. I understand Lexus dealers need to make their money but do yourself a favor and research these parts yourself before you get robbed. The staff was friendly which is nice, I know they aren't responsible for pricing. Update: The thing they said was wrong with my car was not the issue. Hey Ian, maybe it was under Michael Ryan Black.

Free loaner vehicle for service, ask for Paul Richardson, we've bought 8 cars from Flow Lexus since 1993. Wouldn't buy from anyone else. They treat you right.
With fob 100 to 150 dollars
It sounds like you have a transmittion issue. I would take it to Lexus to be serviced.
