I was in my local Eyemart Express in Augusta, Maine about a year ago. Technician, Shayna helped me. Shayna was very patient and very professional. I went back last week and was pleased to see that Shayna was on duty. She addressed me by name! Shayna had just finished up with a customer, who was very complimentary and appreciative of the care and service Shayna provided. As we were about to start, a man approached Shayna's station and he also expressed his thanks to her. I knew I was in for a good appointment. I left the store completely satisfied with the service I received. Shayna adjusted my prescription goggles and recommended tinted lenses after I told her about a recent accident that left me light sensitive. Shayna helped me find a second pair, also tinted, and they were ready a couple of hours later. Great place! Super easy. Helpful, and knowledgeable staff make it a great experience. I picked out 2 frames, signed the paperwork and then had to wait for them to be done. I was quoted an hour but it only took them 28 minutes to finish both pair! Amazing! The glasses look great and are very comfortable! I won’t be going anywhere else for glasses!
