Absolutely one of the worst Arby's I have ever gone to. Roast beef was awful, the fries were awful and the service was awful too. I will never be going to this location ever again and I definitely do not recommend going here.

Usually good fast drive thru service but last visit I ordered the Wagyu burger meal. Since I was on my way to work I didn't look. When I opened my bag it was 2 roast beef sandwiches. I paid 10.21 for 2 sandwiches and no burger and curly fries. I was mad! And no bother calling I was working!

The employee John who greeted us at the door and took our order was very friendly and polite. Had a smile on his face with every person he took an order from. Refreshing to be treated so kindly. Keep up the good work John!

It was very refreshing to come in and be waited on with a smile. a young man named Tony was working at the Rt 97 Arby's tonight when my husband and I came in. He was very polite. I ordered fries with no salt, he brought our food out to the table and apologized for the wait as the fries were salted so, he made a fresh batch. He offered a dessert because of the wait which was not necessary but very thoughtful. he apologized again, it was just nice to see someone have pride in their job. I know fast food isn't a glamorous job, but I understand it as I too once worked fast food when I was a teen. Thank you young man for having pride in what you are doing. You will go far in this life by doing what your doing, being a nice, courteous young man with a great work ethic. 12/29/21 6:45 pm
