Waited an hour for food that never came out. They parked us in a spot and then the person who was at the window left the store. We inside and no one would acknowledge us went back out to the car to wait for our food. Tried calling their phone no one answered. Our 1 year old was starting to get fussy so we had to leave with out any food that we had already paid for . Contacted corporate and they said someone from the franchise would reach out but they didn’t. Didn’t realize McDonald’s was so hard up for money that they need to steal from their customers.

McDonald’s doesn’t always get a lot of credit for reviews so I wanted to give them their “props”. I come here many mornings for breakfast. They are always so friendly! My food is always hot and fresh! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.

I live less than 30 seconds from this place and don't know why I still return. Purely out of convenience. These guys never seem to get an order right a solid 9/10 times. I typically get the same thing every time. Double cheeseburgers no ketchup. There's almost always ketchup. I hate ketchup, yo. And they force me to eat it constantly. One time I got my sausage egg and cheese biscuit with no sausage or egg. Just cheese. That's crazy man how do you mess up that badly? Most of the time the workers are in terrible moods and with the reviews these guys get and how often they mess up orders I don't blame them. They're probably being yelled at all the time. But none the less this place is consistently terrible. Their manager must not be reading reviews or truly doesn't care about their restaurant. I'd be ashamed to be the owner of this franchise. I would highly recommend the burger king across the street or going to the harbor Creek McDonald's.

HORRIBLE, explain to our community how I purchased a hot cinnamon roll and iced coffee with extra shots of vanilla and said cinnamon roll was colder and harder the marble not to mention the frosting was not melted . As for my vanilla iced coffee "water" it was flavorless and only half full I could see it being made through the window and the extra vanilla shots I asked for were never put in either. Overall a horrible disappointing experience that left me with a empty stomach and sour taste in my mouth for the whole franchise.
