Slayyyy Josh! It was after 10pm and josh was still so very helpful as my boyfriend and I were ordering. We had many questions about the ghost pepper ranch and as a ghost pepper eater himself, he answered all of them. :) fries were cold tho.

The food was hot and fresh. The gentleman who waited on us, however, needs more training. He didn't really listen to what we ordered and when I went back to ask for a fork, he blatantly ignored me until I spoke up (I was the only customer waiting...)

A group of friends and I (4 of us in total) went to get iced coffees, and ordered 3 chocolate and a vanilla. It was a relatively simple order, and as a person who has worked in food service for many many years, I know their coffee is mainly shake mix and iced coffee/ cream and a concentrate. It took them a while to make (which is understandable, but what we got was 3 drinks that tasted like musty water and one drink that tasted like straight up melted ice cream/ shake mix. We returned to get a refund or to get our orders remade, and the man that "helped us" was extremely rude and curt. I understand the situation is stressful, but basic competency and kindness would've been nice. Not a very good look for the location or company. They remade the order and they tasted much better.
