This shop had me wait 4 hours for a scheduled appointment and damaged my rims with their tire changing machine. Regional Mavis needs to train these employees on customer service and workmanship. The employees were nice to deal with, but the shop manager should have told me about the wait, and the tech should have been better trained to avoid gouging scratches into my aluminum rims. Huge bummer that after years of parallel parking they remained pristine, but a tire shop ruined their appeal. The balancing was also poorly done, causing vibration at highway speeds, and tire pressures were not set per door card.

Got a flat tire and they handled it well. Tyson was fantastic. Very nice guy. If you can, work with him. FYI, regarding the litany of 1 ⭐ reviews. This place has recently been put under new management. Hopefully those issues highlighted before will not be an issue in the future.

Worst experience in my life! Came in with my car at 9:30am to have my 4 tires changed and it took them an entire day just to change the tires. I got my car back at 5:40pm after 8hours and they even couldn’t do me a simple courtesy of balancing the tire pressure in new tires. Staff all act like they don’t care if you have been waiting for so long and don’t even want to talk to you. WHAT A SHAME MAVIS TIRES AND BRAKES!!!!

An absolutely terrible experience. Do not go to this tire shop. I wish I could give this place zero stars. We had our car taken here to replace a flat tire. When we got our back back, it looked like it had been through a tornado. Dirt marks. The trunk of our car completely upended. See the pictures. (We keep it perfectly clean.) We called the manager to discuss who told us multiple times, "I'll see what I can do" but we have heard nothing for over a week now, despite kindly reminding her 3-4 times that we are expecting a resolution. Complete lies and nonsense. Don't waste your money unless you want your car returned to you looking like it had been broken into.
