Loyalty means nothing to the managers at this dealership. When someone is buying the fifth car in less than six years and you pressure them to finance with your bank even though I told them many times I was paying cash and didn’t need finance. I even asked to speak to the owner of the dealership who I’ve known for many years, and the GM said “the owner has NOTHING to do with the price or sales of cars”. I wonder if Ray (the owner) knows that? Needless to say I went to another dealership to buy my car. Boston Volvo, you lost a very loyal customer thanks to your sales managers. I have been going to this Volvo dealership for many years. I had a Saab which they maintained and did a wonderful job servicing. I then bought a Volvo and have been extremely happy with the service. Peter and Adam have always been available to answer my questions. I feel that their recommendations are honest and helpful. I trust their judgement. I looked around for other cars before I bought the Volvo but felt that the service I receive made my selection much easier. I bought the Volvo because of the great service. I depend on this car and the service is equally important in my purchase decision. Keep up the good work.

I am a loyal Volvo customer at this Boston Volvo location and the people who work there are THE REASON why.💗💗 I had a very pleasant experience working with Sam (sales) and John Lin, I had a recent car accident and had to buy a new car quickly these guys were great. My experience started online where they were very responsive and friendly helping me select the car that I wanted to test drive. When I got to the dealership everybody was there on time I was able to test drive the vehicle with ease and have my questions answered. Everything from the sales to the setup registration sticker and pick up of the car happened on time as they said it would. These people are consummate professionals who are focused on customer satisfaction I would never go anywhere else and I hope whoever reads this makes the decision to choose Volvo and visit this location you will not regret it ☺️👍💯❣️ THANK YOU !!!

We are located on N Beacon Street in Allston. We are in the newly restored brick building at #61, which used to house the outlet store for New Balance way back when. We are close to the Pike, Soldiers Field Road, the Green line and the Commuter Rail into Boston.
It's not too far away, but it is a bit of a walk; off the top of my head it is probably more than a mile. If you are looking for Service, we can always drop you off at the bus or schedule an Uber over to Cambridge.
