Dexter went above and beyond with his customer service. I called late on a Saturday and he got me in first thing Sunday morning without a problem. Dexter gave me a great price on tires and I could tell that he really cared about getting me a good deal that I could afford without sacrificing quality. I blew a flat tire at the end of the day on my to the hospital responding to an emergency, and Dexter and Hunter came to the rescue! Highly recommend- courteous, responsive, and got me back on the road like a pit crew…. They found a tire that would fit under duress before closing, and will never forget their incredible service. Andrey the Manager at Mavis in Haverstraw NY is amazing, super helpful, and very professional. I called the day before and they were able to get me the tire I needed and scheduled me for a 9am appointment the very next day. I highly recommend to see him next time you need a tire change. I have been coming here for years and have to say that this Mavis is absolutely amazing, hands down. The workers are very professional and make sure your satisfied with there work. The assistant managers, Dex and Mikey are hands down the best ever. They do there best to work with you and will not allow you to leave until you are satisfied. Great Managers and staff!
