I don't go here much when they first opened here it was good but after a while it went downhill got to wait forever for one thing staff is rude half the time so yeah there you go

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese today. Unfortunately I didn't think to take a picture before I ate it. I was very disappointed when it had a tiny amount of cream cheese. I'm not exaggerating when I would guess maybe a teaspoon of cream cheese. The last few times I've been to the Broadway Dunkin's the quality of their food had decreased significantly over the past year. It used to be a great place. After several disappointing visits I think it's time I take my business elsewhere.
