Once I had a place picked out, I was able to view and apply within the same day, heard back a day or two later and was moved in quickly! They fix everything half-a**. Their employees will also give out your personal info and have their family message you threatening. All because you yell at them about fixing things and doing their job. They also never call back and if they do they hang up on you don’t bother trying to rent from them EDIT if you could return our emails about our rental that would be great then since you reply to google reviews faster then service requests. I’d request a call but apparently you don’t like how I express my concerns with our rental after repeated problems. I didn’t know I was suppose to respect your employees when they give out my name to their son for them to message me threatening things on Facebook that’s gotta be some breach in a privacy contract.( we have lived at the same location for going on 4 years and never had issues like this until Sara started working our rental.)

Unacceptable management company. I’ve made it clear that the water coming off the parks road is coming in my driveway and going right underneath my home. This is my house NOT THERES so I see why they do not care but I need it fixed before I make further phone calls. The decision to increase lot rent by 100+ dollars within there fist six months of managing the park. There are many things that need to be done here and there ability to be here and fixing things just isn’t there. They don’t have time to manage and fix the things that need to be fixed. For the love of god before my home sinks anymore into the ground please get get a professional out here and fix this service issue that needs serious attention . Thanks again Thomas
Keeping it on the DL With DL
With any big company there's a lot to consider especially with other reviews. Everybody has a different experience. Mine was largely positive. I didn't have many issues with the place, but when I did, they took care of it. They also were great about me getting an ESA. Reason for 4 stars, the last month it was a little difficult to get a hold of people at the office. Otherwise a decent 2.5 years.

Lol they have tried that to me all summer because of 3 hidden fees that I did not know about until September. I gladly left in October from being harassed from them over $100. Even when I told them I would pay when I had the money. So I left instead! They would send me text messages about every week and emails as well! Who cares if this goes public. Plus they aren't suppose to evict anybody with the Covid rules.
Currently no, all payments are made via the tenant portal online. I know this as I'm currently renting from them.
