Going down hill here for about a year now. Not sure what's going on in this park. SAD. On another note the park does nowhere near what they use to do yet the rent keeps going up. Making there park look beautiful is not on my priority list. Everything they use to do you have to do your self now but we're still being charged for it in rent. Now there's talk of doing away of the parks trash bins.

Homes are well kept. The first impression is positive. The layout makes one feel they have space and privacy. Close to downtown and interstate . It has been in existence for many years but it's age doesn't show ,due to the excellent care by the owners and resident. Families and single or retirees blend well...

Quite, small town feel, well kept and safe. It's a beautiful trailer park and somewhere I would love to live

Very well kept and maintained. It's a nice and quiet place to live I would recommend it to anyone.

Every trailer is different. And if you're looking to rent or buy. Plus You have to be accepted to move in this park. That's the way it was when I moved here anyway.
