This was my first experience buying a newer used car. Prays Auto made it easy. We interrupted his snack for the day but he put us first. My daughter and I both went in to each buy a car. He juggled us both and believe me, he earned the sale. We had no idea what we needed for paperwork. Between trying to get paystubs, bank statement and proof of addresses, we were a hot mess. He managed to deal with us as we made phone calls, emails and took off collecting info. To my amazement he even made sure his other customers were tended to. They do what they can to make their customers happy. And they have a garage right down the street from them to keep your car running well. Thanks again. 🙂

Derek Coleman is the person that we dealt with at praise and I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best experience I've ever had getting a vehicle having to deal with the dealership and whole mine yards he went the extra 10 miles for us did everything yeah could be done to make sure we got our vehicle. No other places would help us and he made sure we got the vehicle that we wanted I suggested everyone go to praise to looking for the vehicle and I'll make sure to come back here in the future

Not impressed with the sales department. I offered a $700 deposit to hold a vehicle for me until 9/3 when I could pay the rest of my down payment. They were not willing to work with me at all—only suggestion was to put the whole down payment on a credit card—which I don’t have, OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE!! I will never go back there, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM-they are not as willing to work with potential customers as they claim!!!

Derek is amazing. My bank caused such a hassle securing a loan for him and Pray, that I was sure they were going to walk away. Not only did I get a great deal, but he managed to not lose his mind with us in the process. Highly recommend. We truly appreciate all their help.
