Nice store, great products, less than welcoming vibe when I went in with friend looking for a product we had picked up the previous day. Received a major eye roll when owner realized she'd have to put on her mask, and then was very abrupt with us when we asked where to find something in the store. After figuring out that we had been in earlier she changed her attitude. I don't understand why anyone working with the public chooses to be unpleasant. Put the nice person out there to handle things if you're not feelin' it, or at least fake it better.

If you’re in Carlton and you like to treat your body with the love it deserves, you must stop here. It smells soooo good in the shop! Everything is hand made and delicious. Heather is very knowledgeable and personally makes the soaps and other items. I’m very impressed with these quality local products!
