Horrible place and spoiled careless personnel. Spending 45-55 min in line just to get in? Seems like its only 2 sales persons on premises! On Sunday?? This is embarrassing!!!! This is not a Gucci store experience, Walmart people are more nicer than this place low life losers! Avoid!

Sold me a used bag. I immediately noticed the ripple in fabric. I was offered an exchange immediately but I would not recommend shopping at this store or working with the sales associate. Photos are of the first bag then the second bag.

Love this store!! The personnel here is always super friendly, and never a dull moment. They always go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and never pressure a purchase you're on the fence about whether you need that additional bag. By the way the answer is always yes you do need that extra bag ;) Edna has been a great contact at this location and she truly go above and beyond to bring in product you want to purchase that may be outside of your area. Can't say enough great things about the Gucci in the Beverly Center, because words can't describe the fun and light atmosphere you feel just as you enter.
