I was trying to get an image printed off my phone and didn't understand the process. Blair in the print department was absolutely amazing! She was very patient and knowledgeable on how I could get the picture printed out the exact size I needed. Great customer service, will definitely come back. Thank you!

I like Staples store for making copies, school & office supplies, banners & signs, & Office Computers & tablets. They have an awesome young lady who helped us get the best deal for our needs. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, great, & smart. She wasn't pushy, but patient & polite. She sold us our business laptop computer, a office computer carrying case, a software virus card program, & a 2 year computer warranty.

If I could give less, I would. One of the employees was trying to helpful with my copy needs, while the other older lady did nothing but snap at me, telling me that they could not help me with the project I was working on. She continued to come up with excuses as to why the machine could not handle it. I only went there to take some ease off myself from the project, as I was able to do it myself at home with a simple printer. Horrible customer service. Rude, and clearly did not even want to try to help me with getting the project done. I will never shop at the local Staples again, for anything.
