Resigned our lease because we love living here. The resident engagement and monthly food trucks are my favorite! I think it’s pretty neat how they are able to get them to participate. Wonderful office staff, on time maintenance help (except when I had a wasp in my bedroom😂wasn’t much they could do and it’s about to be that season again😢). Quiet , and FOR THE MOST, everyone minds their business😌

William Penn Apartment Run right pass. The management is horrible and the apartments are mice infested. You are paying way to much money for what you are receiving in a home. Management is racist and talk down to there tenants. When I first moved in I was informed that I would have amenities such as a gym. Once all moved in I informed management that I needed a key for the gym then I was told that I have to pay an additional $40. Maintenance staff are not professional they are people that are either off the street with no training or who live in the complex. They do 1/2 behind work and you are paying way to much for what you are receiving. There are so many moving trucks that you see daily moving out that is why you see all the specials. Keep right on pass this apartment building it is not worth the money!

The Front Office response time has been amazing.Chasity, Nicole and Courtney are such nice people, ready to answer every question and making the stay here a wonderful experience. On call maintenance has been swift. Overall dedication is up there. Keep up the good work

The first year started good but once management changed over it became difficult to manage. Constant “room checks will have you feeling like your back at your college dorm. Every season there are fleas in the building that they rarely address and every 3 to for months mouse traps need to be laid out. Another complain may ne the constant police pressure. Every other day it feel like there is a county or trooper sittinf in the area. Someone was also possibly murdered in the apartment. (Were talking yellow tape forensic investigators involved) however no information was provided leaving the building residence on edge for over a year. best thing about this place is location and space and maintenance is pretty cool. However you will deal with the roach and mouse infestation about every quarter so you can pick the pros from the cons. However for some odd reason there is a constant police presence and it does feel that at some point if your a person of color your going to be inconvenienced.
