This place is getting ridiculous!!! Just received an email from the property manager which doesn’t make sense to me. Parking is already hard enough to get after say 6pm there and now I see this in my email, “ I will also be taking 20 spots from out side for assigned parking at a lower rate”. WHAT! So now they(she) is forcing people to pay for parking so her paycheck can be bigger. This is so unnecessary and if parking is so bad then use the money to expand the parking lot. I don’t recommend anyone living here right now because management has switched 3x since I’ve lived her and the maintenance has changed more than that. Not planning on renewing and reaching out to the company about this.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. We have had no heat for 4/7 days the last week. Management brushes the issue off while I am forced to live in an apartment that is 54 degrees. They gave us ONE space heater for the entire apartment. Maintenance says that this is going to happen every time it gets below 20'F. The disregard for the well being of tenants is disgusting, heat is a necessity not a luxury.

It is sad...we did love this place once. But the apartments staff has a high turnover rate, the management presence is now non exsistent. Corporate really needs to understand that high rent, missing packages, absent staff, leases gone missing, and broken doors are all reasons why we left. The turnover rate, trying to follow which manager is which got too confusing. The rent was increased to almost $300 overnight and the manager apparently from before this new one "lost the lease" we signed. So we had to deal with the rent increase. The doors are broken which is a security issue and the residents are scared. The last straw was when the fire alarms went off twice in two nights and the manager did not seem to acknowledge it. This place had so much potential despite the high rent the amentities are fine. But the main issue is you have to pay to use the ones like the club house and roof deck. So to future renters: please be careful about selecting this place, the management is weak at most and the experience is not what it used to be.

The property manager (Jamie) at this apartment is ignorant and has no customer service. High rent and not enough parking for residents. They tow cars without notice because they’re having a bad day. Don’t move here if you have other option. …

I believe it depends on the floor plan. I would contact the property manager who is awesome! She would be able to tell you more. The price range should also be on the website I believe.
