Worst place to live. Water keeps pouring into my mother’s apartment and management won’t do anything. She has an upstairs neighbor from hell. I can hear her neighbor stomping around, banging on the walls and everything threw the phone when I talk to her. My mother calls management all the time and they either never pick up the phone because I call as well or they tell her they are going to send someone and don’t. If I could this place negative stars I would. This is what her ceiling looks like currently and they haven’t done anything to fix or do anything to the upstairs neighbor. Now if she gets sick with mold it’s on them.

Don’t bother scheduling a tour. Office was closed when at 11am on Saturday when they were supposed to be open per their listed hours. No one answered my calls either. Drove 40 minutes to check out these apartments. What a joke.

I was recently visiting a family member and my car was towed last night. The sad part is with covid and all the stress going on right now this has happened. I would NEVER recommend this place to rent. Not only do they don’t have enough parking they make the tenants pay for parking pass for visitors. If you don’t have it your car is getting towed. Which of course now the tenant is paying because they feel bad that there visitor car is being towed for them coming to see them. On top of that they don’t fix anything or keep the apartments up to date. They are unprofessional and do not care about there obligations as the landlord. Do not waste your time look else for the right home for you and your family.

While the apartment was spacious and a decent size this place is the MOST unorganized apartment I have ever lived in. The ceiling of our unit was leaking and we were told by management that it would be fixed. That was FOUR months ago you honestly have to harass management in order for them to fix anything not to mention the place has been through soo many landlords and one of them was STEALING the rent money we were giving him. You can't even have visitors because the towing company that works with them will INSTANTLY tow your vehicle and make you pay 250$ to get it back not to mention out of nowhere they decided not to renew our lease so now my roommate and I have to find somewhere to go until our new apartment is ready just so they can fix all the damages we've been asking them to fix for MONTHS once we move out to rent to someone else. Do yourself and favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
