Took our order promptly prices were fair deals were good received our food warm and timely. My friend wanted a black and white shake they filled the cup half with chocolate ice cream half of vanilla ice cream and mixed it for him that was a real nice touch. Restroom was clean the restaurant was clean not real busy we were there on a Sunday night at 6:30 PM.

stopped here on the way home from Philadelphia airport at 10:45 on 3/16/22...pulled in behind a vehicle that had just pulled away from order station...sat for 5-8 minutes without getting a response to our questions or even a "honk" of the horn...we were very hungry but waited and rode a bit longer to reach a BK...the car in front sat for a long time at the window and appeared to pull off empty handed...when we pulled up to window to inquire what exactly was going on we were waved on from behind a closed glass....thanks for nothing BK this was my last attempt to purchase your food....EVER !

y'all are extremely slow, i was there during the last snow storm there was only one car in the drive-thru , they were waiting at the window for their food while we waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. then when i got up to the window i wanted another 10 minutes for a whopper fries and a drink. there was no one in the store and the only other car that had been there was in front of me and had left. there was also 6 people working! or should i say standing around doing nothing. ill give y'all one more try but hell there`s two BK`s on 13.

Food is prepared very sloppy. It's like they have animals in the kitchen or they are making the food with their feet! All they do is fill the bun with mayo and ketchup it's Just disgusting! Nothing is ever fresh and everything has a bad chemical taste. They also always get the order wrong and are super rude! I miss the clean and respectful Hispanics that used to work here.
