They usually have great crabs. However last time I ordered the crabs were not good A lot of water in the crabs. They were not good. I think they were already cooked and the re-heated because the amount of water in the crabs were excessive. If they can fix these in the next order that would be great. Staff is always helpful and polite.

I just ordered two dozen male number one crabs to be cleaned which is extra fee that I am fully aware of.. as I placed my order I clearly asked if they could clean them as that's honestly the I oh way I perfer to eat them. The gentleman who answered the Phone asked somebody if they were currently still offering that service. She replied YES and he then proceeded to tell me that it would take 45 mines which I confirmed that to be okay . I arrived at Captain Zekes about a hour later and my order was complete or should I say incomplete . They we're not cleaned . The employee proceeded to tell me they are swapped and acted like it was my problem and acted like I should have known . I said to him I am not concerned about the price , I would have paid the amount because that is what I asked for and if you guys were not doing that today then I would have said no . It's unfair ther you guys just give me something I didn't request and expect me to the okay with it . It was horrible customer service . The crabs were not cheap, they came to $110 and frankly it's a waste because I don't like to eat them this way . I told him that if it changed after I hung up. Someone should have updated me via phone .

Service was great, food ok. Ordered a fish platter only came with one piece of fish. Wasn't bad just wasn't what I'm accustomed to from a seafood spot. Prices reasonable considering, maybe next time I'll try fresh seafood and cook it myself. I'd go back tho. Give them a second try off service alone!

I had "catfish ", fried shrimp and crab cake. All of it was horrible. Fried in old grease. Was definitely not worth $28. I should have gotten my seafood steamed.
