The cute light skinned team member asked me, "You picking up; what's the name" and she proceeded to shove my order in my face with no hello, thank you, have a good day, or anything! The wings were OK, but the fries were cold! A greeting or even a simple smile would have been nice. I wasn't impressed for the amount of money I paid and the quality.

Their thigh bites are hitting!!! During superbowl sunday, the fries were well seasoned, but we ended up with about 50% worth of potato skin pieces/potato corner pieces. Otherwise everything was tasty and our order was ready

They tell me I have to wear a mask while their masks aren’t even covering their nose as they are making the food. If I knew I needed to wear a mask to pick my food up, I wouldn’t have ordered from here. If I hadn’t already paid online I would have walk out.

I have had some okay experiences other than the food that's always overcooked and fried way too hard at this location but this particular time was with THE WORST! I ordered (3)10 pieces all flats and the clerk read the order back to me and she had everything correct. I remember repeating myself to let her know that the whole order was all flats. I leave, come back to pick up my order, drive home and noticed that two orders were wrong. I then get in my car and drive towards the store and call the manager to complain and wanted my food replaced. The manager acted as if he didn't know what to do so I asked him to replace it. I then get a call back from the manager letting me know that the woman that took my order disputed it and said that the will not replace my order. He then gives me the number to the GM and he proceeds to tell me that his staff is highly trained and he cant afford to replace the food and that it was a communication on my part. He then said that he's going to have to pay for the meal out of his pocket. I asked if i can transfer the credit to a different location because i did not want the staff touching my food especially after they lied. At this point I'm fed up with this location, I've never had a an issue with other location but this one will have you frustrated and hungry. Not only this happened to me but has also happened to my sister and brother in law. What does a person have to start doing recording orders every time you walk in here. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!
