The room cleaning staff is incompetent. So many items missing from the room, to include iron, ironing board, coffee maker, ice bucket, cups,...... The coffee packets in the room tray was the clue that a coffee machine was supposed to be there. The front desk staff was fine.

Which I could give a lower rating. This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen if you can even call it a hotel. Disgusting!!!! Elevator carpet was filthy. Halls had trash in them. Went to two different rooms that smelt like cigarettes. Just nasty, walls need to be painted in the hallway. Doesn’t feel like the hallways are air conditioned. Not to add their was a bug waiting on our pillow for us. With the two pillows provided look as if they belong on someone’s sofa.

Positive: The soap and the shampoo Negative: It was noisy and no coffee maker in my room. Bed and pillows were lumpy, bumpy not comfortable at all. I would not stay there again.

Girl at front desk was extremely unpleasant, no customer service skills whatsoever. Room was clean but bed was very soft!! Felt like sleeping in a hammock. Will never visit this hotel again!!
