Cathie and Stashia were instrumental in helping block and book rooms for numerous guests and members of our wedding party. They provided a complimentary Bridal Suite and use of the Great Room for our rehearsal dinner. Many friends and family stayed at the same hotel and were impressed with the accommodations and customer service. They ensured the bridal suite was decked out with chocolate covered strawberries, champagne and chocolate! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone preparing for their wedding and needing a place to stay/prepare for the big day!

Came to DC area for business. Townplace Suites was literally next door to where business was being conducted. Extremely friendly staff, exceptionally clean rooms. Bed was comfortable. One of the best night sleep I've had in a hotel.

I was treated like family there for a month - abided by the COVID procedures, grab and go breakfast and that suited me fine, kindness from all the staff around the clock. They accommodated housekeeping scheduling so I could sleep in on a day, water heater broke on Easter weekend but I muddled through. Bed wasn’t super comfortable. Once a week housekeeping missed out on refilling toilet paper and kitchen towels, but again, I am super chill, so it didn’t bother me much. Laundry facilities were clean and always available to me whenever I needed. I enjoyed coming back from a long day and chit chatting with staff and grabbing some candy before heading up to my room. I also enjoyed hearing the Air Force Base revelry each morning and night, made the stay extra special.

I really enjoyed having the kitchen, dishes and refrigerator. The room was very clean and the layout of the room was nice. The Bathroom was nice and clean. A feature I really liked was the closet wardrobe access in the bathroom, nice touch. I only had one complaint which was the so called fried eggs. Those were not fried eggs and breakfast was a little disappointing. Mostly due to the reviews that breakfast here was supposed to be so good. I got my hopes up but the breakfast fell drastically short of good. Better to buy your own breakfast makings and cook in your room. The workout room was perfect for a way to keep your routine going, along with the pool for laps. After the workout and long day the hot tub was perfect. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you.
