I couldn't believe that the manager asked a staff member to lock the doors because they were getting too many customers. Too many customers sound like an oxymoron to me, especially with this economy. I actually have too many negative things to say about my experience today, so I'll stop here, but do better!

They are the worse I have been in the drive thru for over 25min don’t waste your time they are always taking three years to get customers food ready. I hate it here

This place sucks!!! 80% of the staff should be fired. The management of this place is terrible. It's depressing just walking in here. . The dude at the register was slow, and super slow in speed. I had a coupon for 5 piece mixed chicken and two sides. They didn't have half the sides they should have. Who wraps two biscuits and throws them in the bag loose? The chicken wasn't spicy and didn't taste good. Cold fries! Whoever owns this place, you need to see how this place operates and re-evaluate your hiring process. ASAP!!

The work ethic regarding the food has been extremely unacceptable. I requested for my food to be done one way and my request was completely ignored. Popeyes used to be my favorite go to , yet not anymore. From many experiences the food has been sloppily made. Also there have been personal items from staff left in my order, such as hair and nose rings. Lastly the drinks taste strictly like water. Popeyes we have to do better. The work /service ethic has reached below the bar !
