DO NOT GO HERE Experience was HORRIBLE. Worst service I have experienced in life. NO EXAGGERATION. Hadn’t gotten nails done in forever and was prepping for a college homecoming. Woman did nail process terribly. Nails uneven, oversized, and nails that were rotated left. Then they had the nerve to ask for payment before even attempting to shape the next hand. After giving another chance and it still being terrible, I asked for a refund because the job was DESPICABLE. They REFUSED MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND but previously no one wanted to redo them. At this point she’d already been speaking underneath her breath, coworkers tried to defend her horrible work, she tried to tell me her work history and the credit she thought she had, even tried to charge to remove the nails after they f’d it up. At this point my sister and I became outraged at their horrid service and attitude after taking all the bull. No refund. 15 mins later after finally kirking The owner offers to finish nails off. Had to go over ALL nails and take off and redo at least two of the nails that were turned all the way left. Can’t believe the service.... Use your money wisely and take it somewhere else with better quality and customer service.🙄🤦🏽‍♀️ plzzzzz

Staff is very kind, friendly, professional and skilled. The staff does not always arrive by the posted time. So a short wait can be expected. Very pleasant atmosphere with Asian decor and soft music. Appointments are welcomed and timing is everything. It can become very busy, but turn over is quick. Unfortunately outside vendors are allowed to enter to sell their goods, but are pleasant and are not pushy.
