Asked the store manager for help (I believe she was African american), when I asked her a question she just walked away and started talking to another associate, I tried to get her attention but she ignored me. Soon I did get an employee to help me and they were wonderful, I hope the manager can learn some kindness.

I just picked up an online order with more trouble than needed. The staff was rushed, didn’t listen to my provided information and ultimately wasted both of our times for no reason. Communication needs improvement by far.

Staff was a bit short with me, I was just making a return from an online order with one person ahead of me. As soon as the cashier saw me she closed down her register and stated "they will help you soon" and she started folding clothes. Usually I wouldn't mind waiting but this just seemed rude.

I usually really like shopping here. My sons whole wardrobe is from carters but today was a no go for me. The girl whome I've never seen before, long brown curly hair, no name tag, on the phone, messing with walkie-talkies. Finally acknowledged me after standing there for quite a few to say she'd be right with us, but there was no right with us and I finally had to leave. This was only a 1 time occurrence that i have never encountered before. The girl who i usually see, African-American, super sweet, great personality and customer service.

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
